QSC provides technical inspection, quality surveillance, test witnessing and specialist support for compressors, pumps, turbines, gearboxes and associated mechanical systems used in process industries, power generation, oil and gas and manufacturing.
Centrifugal, axial, reciprocating and screw compressors (API 617, 618, 619), compressor packages, auxiliary systems, seals, lubrication and seal oil systems (API 614), control interfaces, vibration assessment and factory performance testing (ASME PTC 10).
Centrifugal pumps (API 610) and positive-displacement pumps (API 674, 675, 676), pump packages, mechanical seals (API 682), bearings, mechanical inspection, hydrostatic testing, performance and NPSH testing and FAT.
Special-purpose gear units (API 613), speed reducers, couplings (API 671), shafts, bearings, lubrication systems, dimensional inspection, assembly checks and mechanical running tests.
Steam turbines (API 611 general-purpose and API 612 special-purpose) and gas turbines (API 616), with their drivers and auxiliaries: electric motors, gearboxes, couplings, lube and seal oil systems, control and machinery protection systems (API 670). QSC inspects manufacture and assembly, witnesses mechanical running tests and string tests, and reviews the final documentation.
